Yaya Partners was started by seasoned business operators whose parents were immigrants looking for a better future for their families.
We were fortunate enough to have business success and have learnt a lot about how to run and grow successful businesses through the school of hard knocks.
We respect how much blood, sweat and tears it takes to grow and operate a business venture and we look to partner with founders who want to transition out their businesses and plan to retire or step back from daily operations.
We provide both financial capital and experienced leadership to ensure the continued success of the business that founders have worked so hard to build.

Financial Attributes
Our ideal companies have the following attributes:
- Annual Gross Revenue: $2M - $10M
- EBITDA: $0.5M+
- Employees: > 5
- Business Tenure: Minimum of 7 years
Business Characteristics
The businesses should ideally fit the following profile:
- Strong historical performance (i.e. steady top line revenue growth over the past 3-5 years)
- Established and Diversified Customer/Client base (i.e. no more than 15-20% client concentration)
- An experienced management team
- Current owners looking to exit the business or retire
